Voya is a coaching tool, not a medical service. Information provided by Voya is for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have an eating disorder or other condition requiring professional supervision, please do not use Voya as a substitute for clinical care.

Use of the service

By using Voya, you agree to provide accurate information, use the service for personal (non-commercial) purposes, and refrain from attempting to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the system.

Subscription & cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on your plan. You can cancel any time from your profile. Refunds are not offered for partial months but you retain access through the end of your billing period.

Liability

Voya is provided "as is". We're not liable for any decisions you make based on coaching conversations. Use common sense, especially for anything safety-critical.
