Cancelling your subscription or account
How to cancel your Voya subscription, and what happens to your data when you do.
Both cancellation actions live in your profile inside the app.
Cancel the subscription
If you want to stop paying but keep your account around (for a future return, or to keep historical data accessible until it auto-expires), cancel the subscription only:
- Sign in at app.voya.fit.
- Go to Profile → Subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription. You'll be redirected to Stripe's billing portal to confirm.
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, the account drops back to read-only.
Cancelling during the 14-day free trial means you owe nothing.
Delete your account
If you want everything gone (account, data, conversation history), delete the account:
- Sign in at app.voya.fit.
- Scroll to the bottom of Profile.
- In the Danger zone card, tap Delete account.
- Type your email to confirm.
Deletion is immediate at the application layer (you're signed out, the account is gone). Backups are purged within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Just want to pause?
There's no pause feature today. If you're close to a sprint finish line and want to come back next month, cancel the subscription. Your data stays in read-only mode and you can re-subscribe later without losing it.
