Sign in with Apple
Use your Apple Account to sign up or sign in to Voya, no password required.
Voya supports Sign in with Apple on both the web and the iOS app. You can use it instead of an email + password if you'd rather not manage another password, or if you prefer to keep your email address private.
On the iOS app
On iPhone, Sign in with Apple runs natively. Tap the Sign in with Apple button, authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID, and you're in. No browser redirect, no second app, no password to remember.
On the web
In Safari, Chrome, or any other browser at app.voya.fit/signin, tap Sign in with Apple. You'll be redirected to Apple's login page, where you sign in the way you normally do with your Apple Account. Apple sends you back to Voya signed in.
First-time vs returning sign-in
The first time you sign in, Apple lets you choose to share your real email or use Apple's private relay (an @privaterelay.appleid.com address that forwards to your real inbox). Both work the same way in Voya, but if you pick the relay, make sure you don't revoke email forwarding on Apple's side, since password resets and verification emails go through there.
After the first sign-in, Apple stops sending your name and email on subsequent requests. Voya looks you up by the identifier Apple issued, so you stay signed in the same way every time.
Switching from email-and-password to Sign in with Apple (or vice versa)
If you originally signed up with email and password, Voya won't silently merge a Sign in with Apple attempt into that account, that would let anyone who controls your Apple Account take over your existing Voya login. Two ways forward:
- Keep signing in with email and password. We'll add account linking in a future release.
- Or, contact hello@voya.fit and we'll link them by hand.
Privacy
We store Apple's opaque user identifier and the email Apple shared with us. We don't see your password, your Apple Account, or anything else from your iCloud profile.
