Quickstart
From signup to your first conversation in five minutes.
This is the fastest path to a useful first session with Voya.
1. Create your account
Go to app.voya.fit/signup, enter your name, email, and a password. You'll add a card before the 14-day free trial starts, but Voya doesn't charge it until day 14, and you can cancel anytime before then.
2. Set up your first sprint
A sprint is a 5-unit goal (kg or lb, your choice): a start weight, a target weight, no deadline. You finish a sprint when you cross the milestone, not when a clock runs out. This avoids the open-ended "lose 30 pounds" goal that stalls every diet.
Pick a target you'd realistically reach at a sustainable pace, close enough to keep the next finish line in sight. If you're not sure, Voya can suggest one.
3. Start a conversation
Go to Coach in the nav. Tell Voya what you ate, how you slept, what your scale said this morning. Don't worry about format, talk like you'd talk to a friend.
4. Connect your wearables (optional)
If you have a Garmin watch, link it under Profile → Integrations. Voya can pull workouts, sleep, weight, HRV, and more.
That's it. Come back tomorrow and Voya will remember everything.
